We deliver to all European countries. All items will be shipped in 1-3 business days*. Particularly within the European Union, delivery is fast and straightforward. Delivery takes 1-9 working days depending on the location. 

Please note, that additional VAT, Import duties and Custom Fees might be charged depending on the country of destination, which should be paid by the customer. Wigiwama is not responsible for these.

Additional taxes are to be paid for countries outside EU. Wigiwama is not responsible for that.

We are happy to accept returns if you are not satisfied with the product.

Please contact our team at hello@wigiwama.com and don’t forget to mention your order number #0000. We will prepare for you a return label and our partner courier company will come by to pick up the goods for returning it to us. The refund will be issued for the product price only, the return and shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty (applies to the orders sent via DPD delivery only). 

We do our best to ensure the most detailed information on the measurements of the product so please pay attention to that before purchasing. Colors may vary in different types of lighting and with different monitor settings. Refund or exchange is available within 30 days of your goods being shipped. That said you will have around 14 days to submit and organise the return upon the receival of the product.

The refund will be paid out in 5-10 business days, once the goods are well received at Wigiwama’s warehouse.
