Delivery
Particularly within the European Union, delivery is fast and straightforward. Delivery takes 1-9 working days depending on the location.
It's important to note that in certain countries, there may be additional charges such as VAT, import duties, and customs fees when receiving your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and should be settled accordingly. Wigiwama is not responsible for these additional expenses.
Returns
We do our best to ensure the most detailed information on the measurements of the product so please pay attention to that before purchasing. Colors may vary in different types of lighting and with different monitor settings.
Refund or exchange is available within 30 days of your goods being shipped. That said you will have around 14 days to submit and organise the return upon the receival of the product.
The refund will be paid out in 5-10 business days, once the goods are well received at Wigiwama’s warehouse.
