If Wigiwama is unable to fulfil your order as expected or if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer support team at hello@wigiwama.com to initiate the return process. Please note, that Wigiwama does not offer free returns.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
1) The item is in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
2) The item has not been used, worn, washed, or damaged.

3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Enter your tracking number.
3. Enter the required information.
4. Wait for the collection confirmation in your email.
5. The courier will arrive with a return label to collect your order at the agreed time.

4. Shipping Costs
The shipping costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

5. Refund Process
Once we have received the returned item and verified its eligibility, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds are issued within 5-10 working days of the goods being received at Wigiwama's warehouse. Please note that the refund amount may be subject to deductions for any applicable shipping fees.

6. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return procedure above and place a separate order for the desired item.
