1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Free Return Shipping

Return shipping is on us. We’ll provide a prepaid return label – no extra charges or courier fees. 

3. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a refund, please make sure:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • All original tags, inserts, and packaging are included.

  • The product is carefully packed and suitable for resale.

4. Returns Process

  1. Email us at hello@wigiwama.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. We'll send you a prepaid shipping label.

  3. Print the label and attach it to the package. Please pack the items securely; customers are responsible for any transit damage caused by inadequate packaging.

  4. Drop the package with the designated carrier.

  5. Once we receive and check the item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund is issued.

5. Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, colour, or size, please place a new order once your refund has been processed.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@wigiwama.com within 72 hours of delivery and include:

  1. Clear photos showing the issue

  2. Your order number

  3. A short description of the issue

We'll offer you a replacement or a refund—including any shipping costs—as quickly as possible.
