What do I get when I order a WigiWama teepee?

Your teepee set includes: fabric teepee tent with a window, padded floor play mat, cushion cover and 4 stackable birch poles.

What materials do you use to make your products?

For our WigiWamas we use 100% cotton fabric. Our birch poles are collapsible to meet shipping requirements and to ease up the assembly and storage if required. 

The padded mat is made of the 100% cotton fabric and has a nice soft padding inside. The back side of the mat is made of the 100% cotton fabric. It fits perfectly inside the teepee. The padded floor mat filling is synthetic fibre - it can be washed frequently after all the fun activities and it is also hypoallergenic.

Where do you manufacture your WigiWama teepees?

Our teepees are handcrafted and made with love in Riga, Latvia.

How big are your WigiWamas?

Currently we offer one size. The poles are 1.65m long and once fanned out, they end up being approximately 1.35m tall. On the inside, at the highest point of the fabric it is 1.2 m.

The base size of the teepee is approximately 40'' (100cm) wide and 40'' (100cm) deep. Cushion cover measures approximately 16"*16" (40*40cm).

How to store WigiWama? Can I wash it?

Please store the teepee in a warm place with temperature above zero. You may wash your teepee and the padded mat in a washing machine using a delicate cycle, but preferably do it by hands. Machine wash at 40 degrees using mild detergents. Cotton can also be dried in a dryer on a low heat but count that it might shrink. It is better to hang to dry on a clothesline. Ironing is required using the cotton settings prior to primary setup and it is advisable to do it after each washing.

Can I get a refund?

We are happy to accept returns if you are not satisfied with the product. But please keep in mind that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product is faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the product is faulty.

We do our best to ensure the most detailed information on the measurements of the product so please pay attention to that before purchasing. Colors may vary in different types of lighting and with different monitor settings.

Refund or exchange is available within 30 days of your goods being shipped. That said you will have around 14 days to submit and organise the return upon the receival of the product.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchange or return on custom made products (your rights to a refund are preserved for faulty items).

Returns must be in as new condition with tags attached unless they are faulty. We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items. Gift cards and promo codes cannot be applied to exchanges. Returns must be made within the timeframe listed unless faulty. Size, colour or style exchange requests are subject to availability of stock. 

Any items returned outside of the returns period (unless faulty) or items returned damaged or soiled (unless faulty) will be the responsibility of the customer to retrieve. WigiWama will not pay to return these items to you.
