DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Where do you ship?

We ship to all countries in the European Union, as well as UK, Switzerland and Norway. Check our delivery times here.

Currently, we do not offer worldwide shipping, however, don't be shy to contact us or checkout our network of resellers.

How much does the shipping cost?

We offer free shipping to the European Union countries and to the UK, excluding Norway and Switzerland. Exact shipping costs for other countries will be calculated at checkout. 

I entered the wrong shipping address

Don't worry, just send an email to hello@wigiwama.com with your order number and the correct shipping address and we will change the shipping details. 

I entered my email address/telephone number wrong

Misspelling happens :) If you haven't received any confirmation e-mail after your checkout or you entered the wrong phone number, please contact our customer service at hello@wigiwama.com and specify the correct information.

How can I track my order?

When the order is shipped, Wigiwama sends an email with a tracking link. Please note that tracking can take a little time to update. If the courier page shows “label created” or no movement yet, it usually means the parcel is packed and waiting for the first carrier scan or pickup.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if you've changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, please contact us at hello@wigiwama.com with your order number and we will contact you ASAP. If the order has already been sent out, you can return it once the parcel has been delivered.

When will I receive my order?

Once you have placed the order, it takes 1-3 working days to dispatch it from our warehouse. Depending on which country you are, the approximate delivery time is 1-8 working days, starting from the day when the courier picks up the package. Check our delivery times here.

How will I receive my Wigi order?

To preserve the quality of the products, we pack them in their original size. Depending on the quantities ordered, the number of boxes may vary. Due to Settee size, this product will always be packed in two separate boxes. You will receive a separate tracking code for each box. Please note that the parcels may be delivered separately.

REFUNDS/ISSUES

How can I return the product?

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • the item is in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact;
  • the item has not been used, washed, or damaged.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. We will instruct you on further actions

Can I exchange the product? 

No, at this time we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return procedure and place a new order for the desired item separately.

Are returns really free?

Yes, but only to European Union countries and the UK, excluding Norway, Switzerland, Malta and Cyprus. Read more if you are eligible for free returns here.

I've received a damaged product

We're really sorry to hear that :( We want you to be satisfied with your purchase so in this case, please contact us at hello@wigiwama.com and send us photos of the damage. Our team will continue with further investigation and in the meantime we will assist you in resolving the issue promptly by offering a replacement or refund.

When will I receive a refund?

Once Wigiwama receives the returned item and confirms it is eligible, the refund is processed within 5 to 10 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued. After that, it can take an additional 1 to 3 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank. Refunds are always sent back to the original payment method.

My package was sent back to your warehouse

This situation may happen due to these reasons:

  • No one was at the delivery address during the time of delivery
  • The delivery address or customer contact information was incorrect or incomplete

There's a missing product from my order

The Wigiwama team works with the utmost care, but as we pack everything by hand, accidents do happen. If there's something missing from your order, it could be due to these reasons:

  • There has been a packing mistake, please contact our support team at hello@wigiwama.com
  • Please check the tracking information - if you ordered multiple items, usually they come in separate boxes and each have their own tracking number - they may be delivered separately.
Do your products have a warranty?

Wigiwama products come with a 24 months warranty that covers manufacturing defects that functionally impair the look or use of your product. If by any chance you come across a defect, please send us pictures to hello@wigiwama.com and we will find the best solution.

For EPS bead products, a slight loss of volume over time is normal, especially with lots of jumping and daily use. If you would like to bring back the fullness, you can top it up with our Rescue Bag.

DIMENSIONS/USAGE

How can my kids use Wigi furniture?

Let your kids' imagination run wild - create a house from the Settee, a cosy chair or secret hut from Playsets and add a creative twist with beanbags or cushions. These are just a few ideas - we know that kids can surprise us with their unlimited innovation. And not just kids, we invite adults to enjoy our products as well. Spice up your living room with a corduroy bean bag or create a cosy twist to your couch with a rounded cushion. Add a little Wigi to your home and experience the magic!

What age is it suitable for?

Most products are best suited for ages 3 to 10. Some items can be used up to around 12, depending on the product and size. Please check the recommended age and product dimensions on each product page for the best fit.

Is it suitable for older kids and adults?

Generally, no. Wigiwama products are made for children up to 12 years old. Adults can sit on them from time to time, however regular use or higher weight may soften the filling and affect the shape over time.

I received the beanbag but it's too hard - what should I do?

As we design our chairs to be comfortable for everyone, they can be personalised to suit individual needs. That's why they have zippers for outer and inner cover.

  • Simply open the zipper on the bottom of the outer shell.
  • Inside, you will find a white bag filled with EPS beads.
  • You can remove 5-10 cups or more of these beads, then test the comfort and shape by sitting in the chair.
  • The goal is for it to be perfectly comfortable for you and your child.
  • Please store any removed EPS beads in a safe place, out of reach of children. This way, you can easily refill the beanbag chair after a year or two, should it lose some of its shape over time.
Why does my beanbag have a smell when it is new?

A light synthetic smell can sometimes appear when the beanbags are brand new, freshly produced, and have been packed in a sealed box and protective bag. This is normal and safe - all materials we use are OEKO-TEX® certified and meet strict European standards.

The smell should naturally disappear within a few days. We recommend:

  • Placing the beanbags in a well-ventilated room.
  • Allowing them to “air out” with fresh airflow.
  • Gently shaking the beanbag to help release trapped air from the filling.

In our experience, this fully resolves the issue once the product has had time to breathe after unpacking.

My beanbag has lost its shape - what should I do?

A slight loss of volume over time is normal, especially with lots of daily use and jumping. Fluff the beanbag by shaking it and redistributing the filling. If it still feels less full, you can top it up with our Rescue Bag.

How do I care for my Wigiwama product?

Care instructions depend on the fabric. You can find full care guidance and washing symbols on our Care Guide page.

Is the fabric safe for young children?

Yes, when we source materials, we focus on recycled textiles, and most of them are certified with OEKO Tex Class 2 and Class 1, which are the highest classifications in the textile industry.

Is the product non-toxic?

Yes. All Wigiwama products are made with safe, non toxic materials. EPS bead filling is non toxic and hypoallergenic, and the beads can be reused and recycled.

Do you use flame retardants?

No, we want all of our fabrics and filling to be safe for kids.

No, not at the moment. Product pages include detailed fabric information and close up photos for reference.
