Please note, that Wigiwama does not offer free returns.

4. Shipping Costs

Refunds are issued within 5-10 working days of the goods being received at Wigiwama's warehouse. Please note that the refund amount may be subject to deductions for any applicable shipping fees.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return procedure above and place a separate order for the desired item.
