Thank you for choosing Wigiwama. We want you to shop with confidence, so your order comes with a 30 day money back guarantee. If something is not quite right, we are here to help. 


1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.


2. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@wigiwama.com with your order details. Once we receive your request, we will calculate the return shipping cost based on your location and share the amount with you before proceeding. We will then provide a return label and instructions.


3. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a refund, please make sure:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • All original tags, inserts, and packaging are included.

  • The product is carefully packed and suitable for resale.


4. Returns Process

  1. Email us at hello@wigiwama.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. We will confirm the return shipping cost based on your location.

  3. Once confirmed, we will send you the return label and instructions.

  4. Please pack the items securely. Customers are responsible for any transit damage caused by inadequate packaging.

  5. Drop the package off using the provided return label.

  6. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, minus the return shipping cost. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund is issued.


5. Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, colour, or size, please place a new order once your refund has been processed.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@wigiwama.com within 72 hours of delivery and include:

  1. Clear photos showing the issue

  2. Your order number

  3. A short description of the issue

We'll offer you a replacement or a refund—including any shipping costs—as quickly as possible.
