Eine Rückerstattung oder ein Umtausch ist innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Versand Ihrer Ware möglich. Das heißt, Sie haben etwa 14 Tage Zeit, um die Rücksendung nach Erhalt der Ware einzureichen und zu organisieren.

Die Erstattung wird innerhalb von 5-10 Werktagen ausgezahlt, sobald die Ware im Lager von Wigiwama eingetroffen ist.
