Terms & Conditions for Use of User-Generated Content (#yeswigiwama)

Wigiwama appreciates seeing our products featured in real-life settings on social media, and we may request to share photos or videos posted by you on platforms such as Instagram or TikTok on our own marketing channels. These channels primarily include the Wigiwama website (wigiwama.com), but may also extend to our email communications and official social media accounts.

By responding to our request with the hashtag #yeswigiwama, you agree to the following terms:

By tagging your content, you’re giving SIA “Wigiwama” (a Latvian company, registration number 40203163995 — “Wigiwama”) permission to use it for marketing purposes. This permission is non-exclusive, royalty-free, and valid worldwide. It allows us to showcase your tagged content in ways such as, but not limited to:

  • Display on the Wigiwama website, including product pages and image galleries;
  • Inclusion in Wigiwama’s newsletters and other email campaigns;
  • Sharing via Wigiwama’s official Social Media channels.

Wigiwama agrees not to alter or edit your Content in any way beyond what is necessary for formatting or layout purposes.

By accepting these terms, you confirm that:

  • You are the sole creator and rights holder of the Content;
  • You have obtained the consent of any identifiable individuals appearing in the Content;
  • You are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental or guardian approval;
  • The use of the Content by Wigiwama will not infringe upon any third-party rights or violate any laws.

You also agree to:

  • Waive any right to receive compensation for the use of the Content;
  • Release Wigiwama from any claims or liabilities, including from third parties, related to the use of the Content as described above.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes arising in relation to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Latvia.

If you have any questions or wish to withdraw your consent, you may contact us at hello@wigiwama.com. Upon withdrawal, we will take steps to remove your Content from our channels as soon as reasonably possible.
